Police in upstate New York say they arrested a man after catching him tossing roofing nails onto a driveway.For the past two years, Michael Delisio allegedly has been planting the projectiles in the driveways of people he doesn't like in order to cause flat tires.
He faces charges of harassment, criminal tampering and mischief.
