An elderly German woman was mistakenly sent the a city morgue only to die a few days later from the cold. Police are now investigating the doctor who pronounced the 72-year-old dead before she was sent to the morgue.
The woman fell down in an old people's home and lost consciousness early last month.
The colour of her skin led the doctor to believe that she was dead.
