The South Korean government plans to build two robot theme park close to Seoul, one in the bustling seaport of Incheon, and another in Masan by the year 2013.

The project is estimated to cost a whopping $1.6 billion. the two cities are being developed as futuristic hubs, poised to become the country’s Silicon Valley of robotics.

Robotic sector is considered to be the South Korea’s one of the grown up industries. In order to continue this growth rate, the government took some steps what is known as the Robot Ethics Code, a code of ethics that will prevent android abuse by humans as well as the other way round.

It helps both robot-makers and robot-users how to use confidently.

Computer geeks and poetry don't often go together, but the Silicon Valley is venturing to change that.

The Arts Council Silicon Valley is searching for its first ever poet laureate, according to the AP, "elevating high-tech to haiku."

Apparently, there is a vibrant poetry scene in Santa Clara County that doesn't get a lot of recognition, the council claims.

The poet program will seek to change that through community outreach and by highlighting local writers.

Applicants to the post must be published poets who have lived in Santa Clara County for five years. The chosen poet will get a $4,000 stipend.
